We will need photos of the damaged product, and the sticker on with product displaying the serial number. This will allow us to accurately identify the product model and the necessary parts. Please note that we stock a limited selection of common parts, while all other components must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. We only process warranty claims for products that we sell and have registered on your behalf. If you purchased your product from a different dealer or directly from the manufacturer, you must contact them for warranty service.
