Purchasing Parts 
To help us process your warranty claim efficiently, please complete the required information below (including the parts request and warranty submission form) and provide clear pictures. We will need photos of the damaged product, and the sticker on with product displaying the serial number. This will allow us to accurately identify the product model and the necessary parts. Please note that we stock a limited selection of common parts, while all other components must be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

We only process warranty claims for products that we sell and have registered on your behalf. If you purchased your product from a different dealer or directly from the manufacturer, you must contact them for warranty service.

Additionally, depending on the brand, some warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. If this applies to your product, we can provide you with their contact information

Warranty Claims 
Warranty claims are submitted directly through the manufacturers, not through us. However, we can assist as a third-party representative to help facilitate the process. To begin, please submit your information below.

If the manufacturer approves your claim, please note that if we do not have the replacement part in stock, shipping may take anywhere from a week to several weeks or longer, depending on product availability.

Important: A warranty claim is not accepted until the manufacturer has reviewed the provided information and formally approved it. Most approved warranty claims cover the specified part only. In many cases, freight charges for parts, labor, water, equipment, and the removal of damaged products are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
